The annual event is always held at Williamson Park in the historic borough, and past participants include the John Sheridan Trio, Ella Gahnt, and The Eric Mintel Quartet.

In early September, which is technically still considered to be the summer season, a fun event to consider attending is the annual zucchini race. The event is similar in design and purpose to the Boy Scouts’ Pinewood Derby, but this particular race features zucchinis instead of wooden cars.
